Ashley Technology is a software company and part of Ashley Services Group. We exist to serve the operating businesses inside the group, Action Workforce, Concept Recruitment, Concept Instore Services, Concept Retail CFC, Owen Pacific Workforce, Action Horticulture, and Concept Retail, who recruit, roster, deploy assets, deliver against contracts, and manage compliance across logistics, retail, mining, agriculture, construction, and rail every day.

Ashley Technology is the technology division of Ashley Services Group (ASX: ASH), a listed group of 25 operating companies across labour hire, technical services, training, and technology, delivering workforce solutions across Australia since 1968.
ATHEXIS isn't held to a lower standard than the rest of the group. Certifications including ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management), ISO 45001 (health and safety), ISO 20400 (sustainable procurement), and TQCSI accreditation are held and audited at group level, with a Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate of 0.48 tracked across every office. The same discipline that keeps 24 offices to one standard is the discipline ATHEXIS was built inside.
That standard extends to how the group operates, not just how it's certified. Ashley Services Group partners with the Yalagan Group and Dardi Munwurro on sustainable Indigenous employment, is a Supply Nation member, and operates under an endorsed Reconciliation Action Plan.
